The Sheldrake Lake Homeowners Association is a group of residents in the Sheldrake Lake neighborhood who have joined together to improve property values, improve living conditions and improve the quality of life in Hubley through focusing on our core objectives. Website

BLT Canada Day Committee – Founding Member
More than 700+ residents of Beechville, Lakeside, Timberlea and surrounding communities came together for Canada Day on 2015.

SMB Water Resources Working Group – Member
Taking into consideration that the water resources of the region are already fully exploited and demand for water is rising rapidly, the issue of water has become one of the most urgent. Given its importance to sustaining the quality of life and future economic development, emphasis is being placed on enhancing existing resources and developing new, additional resources.

Five Bridges Wilderness Heritage Trust – Board member
The Trust is a registered, charitable, volunteer organization working to conserve the public lands in the area bounded by Highways 103 and 333 on the Chebucto Peninsula in its natural state for public use. Website

The Executive & Advisors consists of a group of Nova Scotians dedicated to ensuring the Nova Scotia Paramedic Society continues to operate most effectively and achieve it’s goals to promotes the study, research and communication of the history of emergency health services in all of its facets. Website

Nova Scotia Archaeology Society  – Board Member

The Nova Scotia Archaeology Society (NSAS) was formed in 1987 in response to a growing interest in the Province’s heritage resources. It is our mandate to bring together individuals interested in the study and promotion of archaeology, particularly as it relates to all cultures of Nova Scotia; to disseminate knowledge and encourage the exchange of information among professionals and amateurs alike; and to promote the preservation and protection of archaeological sites and resources throughout the Province. Website
